Circle of FriendsLed by: Ms. Amanda Fell

Circle of Friends is a group of students at Morton High School who want to support, encourage and befriend the students with disabilities.  Typically the students that join Circle of Friends are responsible, caring, young people.  Each person that joins our group adds his own unique style and personality, which enhances the quality of support and friendship that we can give to student with disabilities.  We have Breakfast Club every other week before school to give the students an opportunity to get to know one another.  We go on two fieldtrips each school year.  These fieldtrips are a lot of fun and a great bonding time.  Sometimes students in Circle of Friends help out in the classroom once a week during their study hall.

If you are a high school student and are looking for something meaningful and fun to do during your time at MHS, talk to Mrs. Levitt or Mr. Lemke. about joining Circle of Friends.
