Activities & Clubs

Chess Club is for anyone interested in developing their chess skills or just wanting to learn the game.  We meet weekly after school from September through February.  We belong to the Central Illinois Chess League.   We compete against other schools in our division as well as several larger tournaments.  We host the Morton Invitational Chess Tournament in November.  Our goal is to play in the State Chess Tournament in February.  This is a great opportunity for any chess player.
