Bill DavisMy name is Bill Davis and this will be my 10th year of coaching Girls Basketball at Morton High School. I am an MHS graduate (class of '77) as is my wife of 23 years Amy (class of '78) and my two children Megan ('03) and Zack ('05). My time at MHS was spent playing basketball for Coach Norm Reiser and golf for Coach Scott Replinger. Prior to coaching at MHS, I spent 2 years coaching the Morton 5th and 6th grade travel teams with Coach Lee Powers of Roosevelt Magnet School. My coaching philosophy is simple: play hard, play smart, and have fun (Thanks Coach Herrmann!). I believe that my primary job is to develop players for the varsity level and try to do that by teaching fundamentals and remaining positive without worrying so much about wins and losses. I am proud to be a part of Lady Potter Basketball and hope to remain for a long time. |
